This Privacy Policy explains what information NoShowPro ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our appointment booking and reminder service (the "Service"), and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

When a Merchant creates an account, we collect their name, business name, and email address. When a Customer books an appointment, we collect their name, email, and the appointment details they submit. Payment card details are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and are never stored on our servers.

2. How we use information

We use this information to operate the Service: to create and manage bookings, process deposits, send booking confirmations and reminder emails, and provide support to Merchants and their Customers.

3. Sharing of information

We share information with third-party service providers strictly to operate the Service, including Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record, to process deposits) and our email delivery provider (to send booking and reminder emails). We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain booking and account information for as long as the account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

5. Your choices

Merchants can update or delete their account information by contacting us. Customers can cancel a booking using the manage-booking link included in their confirmation email.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls. Payment security is handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own PCI-DSS certification — we never see or store full card numbers.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
