Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoShowPro (the "Service"), operated by NoShowPro ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NoShowPro is an appointment booking and reminder tool that lets merchants ("Merchants") share a booking link with their own clients ("Customers"), collect a deposit at booking time, and send automated reminder emails.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a Merchant account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payments and deposits

Deposit payments made by Customers through the Service are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, which is PCI-DSS compliant. NoShowPro does not receive or store your Customers' full payment card details — Lemon Squeezy handles that directly. Fees, refunds, and payout timing are subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms.

4. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their service listings, pricing, and cancellation policies, and for honoring bookings made through the Service. Merchants must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Deposit refund policy for cancelled or rescheduled appointments is set by each Merchant and communicated to their Customers. NoShowPro is not a party to the underlying service agreement between a Merchant and their Customer.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoShowPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
